If it’s not enough that Capcom announced the return of Onimusha, Okami is finally getting a sequel. The untitled title doesn’t have a release window or platforms, but it’s directed by Hideki Kamiya, who also worked on the original. Check out the announcement trailer below, which confirms Amaterasu’s return.
The trailer description notes that this is a “new adventure” in a similar vein to the first game. Whether this means Orochi’s return remains to be seen. It may be a while before the title launches, with development recently kicking off under a new studio, Clovers, a resurrection of sorts for the original’s developer.
In the meantime, Okami is available for Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, PS4,…

Jurgen Klopp cited the impact of damaging results against rivals Manchester United following Liverpool’s recent loss of momentum in the title race.
The Reds conceded more ground at the top of the Premier League as they suffered a disappointing 1-0 defeat to Crystal Palace on Sunday.
It capped a highly frustrating week for the Merseysiders after a draw at United last weekend and a humbling Europa League loss to Atalanta on Thursday.
Klopp, however, pinpointed another result at Old Trafford – the dramatic FA Cup loss that ended Liverpool’s quadruple bid last month – as where they started to run out of steam.
The German said: “I think the problem is, a little bit, that I’m not 100 per cent sure that, in general, how we dealt with the United games…
Neymar took a swipe at his critics after Barcelona s UEFA Champions League triumph, declaring there s nothing more they can say about me .
The Brazilian forward was involved in the build-up to Ivan Rakitic s opening goal for Barca in Berlin, and he scored his team s third with the last kick of the game, clinching the Catalan club s 3-1 victory over Juventus.
But after being criticised for showing off in the closing stages of Barcelona s Copa del Rey win last week and enduring speculation about his transfer from Santos to Camp Nou throughout the season a case that remains in the Spanish courts, Neymar was resolute after Saturday s final.
I m very happy to be a part of this story. Now I think there s nothing to pin on me, there s nothing more they can say about me…

Chelsea boss Antonio Conte admitted this month that there had been contact with the Belgium international s agent over the prospect of a new deal, with the Premier League champions reportedly willing to offer wages of £300,000 per week.
Hazard and compatriot Thibaut Courtois have both been linked with moves to Madrid in 2018, while Manchester United have also been tipped to make a shock bid to sign the former Lille star.
Thierry Hazard has now cast further doubt on his son s long-term future at Stamford Bridge by claiming he has already put off talks over an extension while he waits to see if the European champio…

Spain midfielder Cesc Fabregas said he wanted to take the final penalty against Portugal to send his side through to Sunday s Euro 2012 final.
A goalless 120 minutes against the Portuguese in the last-four clash was followed by a tense shoot-out, and Bruno Alves miss allowed the former Arsenal captain to stroke home the winning spot-kick.
And the 25-year-old stated that he always felt the tie would be decided on penalties, and that he replicated the technique he used when scoring against Italy in the Euro 2008 quarter-final shoot-out.
The truth is that this (method) has worked a lot, and I had a feeling that (Wednesday) evening s game would go to penalties, he told a press conference.
I was given the second penalty, but I asked to be fifth. I wanted li…
Ralf Rangnick has confirmed Bayern Munich have been in contact over their soon-to-be vacant coaching position.
Bayern are on the lookout for a new coach, with Thomas Tuchel set to depart at the end of the season.
The Bundesliga giants wanted to appoint Xabi Alonso, but the 42-year-old snubbed their advances, and those of Liverpool, to stay at Bayer Leverkusen.
Bayern s search has now seemingly led them to Rangnick, the former Manchester United interim boss who is now coach of Austria s national team.
Rangnick, though, is paying full attention to Austria s upcoming Euro 2024 campaign.
There has been contact from the side of Bayern Munich and I have informed the Austrian Football Association, Rangnick said in an interview with 90 Minuten.
